Each week you will be tracking a rep max and after 5 weeks you will be retesting those rep maxes and building to a 1rep max.
5 to 6 accessory exercises each training day
2 active recovery days
4 barbell training days

Video walk through of the entire program! Follow along with your instructor as he does the program. See how he autoregulates and what’s going on in his head set by set.
