Intro Sports Performance Program

This is designed to introduce the foundations of functional movement and sports performance with an emphasis on skill and character development!
Our team of certified strength coaches will provide close guidance to teach developmentally appropriate strength training exercises and a wide range of performance based skills to maximize results and safety.

Programs will be designed to meet your individualized needs based on sport, age and experience level. Each session will include a comprehensive movement prep, power, speed/agility, strength training and conditioning.

1. Private Training with Coach Craw
2. Small Team Training: 2-7 Athletes (1 Coach)
3. Full Team Training: 8-16 Athletes (2-3 Coaches)

We specialize in helping young athletes reach their full potential, and excited to share with you our team training program designed specifically for youth baseball teams. Whether your athletes are looking to hit harder, throw faster, or stay injury-free, this program is built to enhance performance, build confidence, and support long-term athletic developmentā€”all while fostering teamwork and discipline in a fun, high energy and safe environment.
